I’m Rebecca, the founder of Little Blackbird VA, a specialist virtual assistant supporting course creators, coaches and online business owners behind the scenes.
My role is simple: to bring clarity, structure and calm to the moving parts of your business, especially when you’re preparing to launch, grow or scale.
Little Blackbird began as Rebecca Cook Virtual Assistant, following 17 years in the fast-paced print and packaging industry. After stepping back to raise my son, I rebuilt my career around meaningful, flexible work that allowed me to support ambitious business owners in a more personal way.
What started as general admin support quickly evolved. I saw talented solopreneurs burning out trying to manage launches, systems, marketing and client delivery alone. They didn’t need more ideas… they needed reliable implementation.
Today, I specialise in supporting digital programmes and online offers. From Kajabi funnel builds and course setup to internal systems, onboarding journeys and launch preparation, I help ensure everything works together exactly as it should.

The name Little Blackbird is personal. Inspired by my son Lennon, and by the idea of creating lightness, space and forward momentum, the brand reflects how I support clients: steady, thoughtful and focused on progress.
