Before launching Little Blackbird, I spent 17 years in the fast-paced print and packaging industry, managing projects, solving problems and coordinating complex processes. When I stepped away to raise my son, I knew I wanted to build a business that combined those skills with the flexibility to work more closely with ambitious business owners.
What began as virtual assistance quickly evolved into something much more strategic.
As my clients' businesses grew, so did the complexity behind them. Systems became disconnected, launches became harder to manage and valuable time was being lost to manual processes. Increasingly, I found myself helping clients optimise the tools they already had, improve workflows and create operational systems that genuinely supported growth.
Today, that's where I do my best work.
